"I am hard of hearing and ordered an amplified phone and two extensions from OnlinePhoneStore. Although it was from a brand name manufacturer, the product was defective. The sound quality was static-y and poor. Even my husband who has normal hearing could not understand callers. I followed the return policy carefully, writing that the phone was defective, and repacked it replacing every bit of the original packing, plastic, etc, and still was charged both a restocking and a repacking fee which added up to nearly one third of the original purchase price. "I ordered a bluetooth ear set thinking it was A2dp compatible, it wasn't. I needed one right away and had no time to send 1st one back to do a formal exchange then wait for another to arrive. I called Customer Service, they said if noted on the return form that I had purchased another set as an exchange they wouldn't charge me their restocking fee. I did that, even included the order # for the exchange set, but still got charged for the restock fee. I hope they enjoy their extra $6.00 profit because I won't be ordering from them again. "

Following up on this unscrupulous company: After my bank settled my credit card dispute in my favor, they placed an unauthorized charge on my debit card for the original amount. My recourse is to dispute the charge, again, and block them. Probably will cancel my card and have the bank issue a new one to absolutely prevent further charges by them."
"DO NOT BUY FROM FactoryOutletStore.com unless you want to be cheated and ripped off. I was shorted two items on an order of over $800 and this store refused to correct. If you buy online and they do not ship the item you still have to pay for it. Free shipping does mean a lot when they leave an item out of the order and then claim that they sent it to you. I bought an item from them which came in broke and when I spoke with them they said I can return it to them for full refund and will reimburse shipping cost for return.. but once they received it their attitude changed.. charged me 15% restocking fee and did not even pay for shipping..
the item i had bought cost $200.. so they charged me $30 for restocking and it cost me $15 to return.. so overall I lost $45..
when I called my credit card to cancel the charges, they couldn't do it either because they have a fine print on their website saying that they will charge 15% for restocking no matter what condition..
I told them I returned because item came in damaged.. so how is that my fault.. they replied, its not their fault that its damaged..!!
google them for reviews.. type in pricebreak reviews and you will find mostly negative reviews..!!
do your research and make sure you find out all the names under which they do business..
