"My 70 year old mother was hoodwinked by their too-good-to-be-true e-mails promising freebies, only pay shipping and handling! 100% money back guarantee!
The thing is, the S&H is $30. The items they are sending out probably cost them a few bucks at most, shipping maybe a few more, so you're overpaying for these supposedly free items.
To add insult to injury, using small, faded text in a random spot on the check out page, they slip in a line about signing up for an online coaching program that is "free for 7 days, then only $67 per month". Very easy to miss, and obviously done so on purpose.
They keep an e-mail and a phone number to maintain a semblance of a legitimate business (and presumably so they can win the occasional credit card dispute by pointing at all these things), but they make things deliberately difficult to discourage attempts to get your money back.
When you call their number, you wait on hold exactly ten minutes every time before someone answers your call (obviously a baked-in wait time, to discourage people). When I finally got someone on the phone, I asked for a refund of all charges, and to return the item. They agreed to stop future charges, but refused a refund of the first $67 charge claiming that it was agreed to upon purchasing and is non-refundable. I let them know that I would be disputing the charges with the bank and was enthusiastically encouraged to do so, before the phone was hung up on me as I asked about refunding the $29 charge per their supposed "Satisfaction Guarantee". The woman promptly hung up the phone without saying another word. Now when I call back, I get an answering machine after 10 minutes of waiting, instead of a person.
These guys are counting on people not fighting back, and I anticipate they will fight hard after I open the dispute with the credit card company to keep every cent. They check just barely enough boxes to qualify as legitimate in the banks eyes, I assume.
So there you have it. "Free" actually means $100, maybe more if you don't act fast enough. Please be careful out there folks."
"I bought 3 of their Fitness Tracker watches. After a long delay, they arrived.
Following their instructions, I was not able to sync the watch with my iphone, making it useless. I emailed their support line, and they sent a video. The video was not for the watch they sent.
I saw a week ago, they updated their app. I downloaded it and again tried to use their app to sync to the watch. Again it did not work. So I called yesterday. After being on hold forever, I was switched to voicemail. I also sent an email to their support address. Never received a call back.
Do not buy from this company"
"Bought a Dakine backpack from the store. They had more designs than any other site and the price was about $25 less than most other online stores. I revived the backpack in about a week, would buy from again."
"I ordered Omron NE-C30 nebulizer, after 2 weeks of waiting I asked the seller about status of my order (via email), response was: "...this order was cancelled due to a lack of stock...".
They didn't bothered to send any kind of notification about the cancellation.
verdict: stay away from them.

"I ordered and purchased Klean Kanteen water bottles and stainless steel caps through Google Checkout. I did not receive my product because it was not "in stock" as stated on the site at the time of purchase. In order to receive a refund, I had to threaten to report them, but I have not received confirmation from Google Checkout that my order was not charged. I have reported this company to the BBB and will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission as soon as they fix their website. If you want a refund for a purchase, report them and even though your $20 or $30 dollars doesn't seem like a lot to you, it adds up and this fraudulent company is making lots of money off of these small amounts."
"Never received the item or any email notification of its status (Sigg water bottles). Emailed company 10 days after placing order (website states should ship within 24 hours) and received no response. A few days later I emailed again, no response. Tried calling support phone number listed on their website. Went to voice mailbox which was full so I couldn't leave a message. Called the individual in whose name the domain is registered, got a voice mailbox (same person's voice as on the other phone number). Left a message, never heard back. Tried the live support on the website, never got a response. Where is my order? Beats me!"
"With no reviews on this merchant I was hesitant to order from them. I ordered a blood pressure measurement device from them, Omron Healthcare HEM-790IT. Onlinefitness was best price I could find, slightly cheaper than Amazon. Purchase confirmation email was sent immediately. Item shipped very soon and was free. Shipping was fast. Email with tracking number was sent promptly. I'd purchase from this merchant again. "
