"I ordered 2 small wind-up toys (for about $4, very cheap) and one of them turned out to be defective out of the packaging. I contacted customer service, and they replaced it with a working one, free of charge, including not having to pay for shipping on my end. Great customer service! I received the new one in a matter of days and it works beautifully. I am very satisfied and will definitely shop again."
"this is a review similar to others - I sent back a defective product, and they would not give me a refund for the $22.00 shipping I had paid for (customer service and initially told me over the phone it would be refunded.), the owner, inferred that I was lying, that I needed the items for a specific purpose and that I had just used them then wanted to send them back. There were clear and specific defects for the product. When I suggested the owner got them out of the box so I could explain to him again the defects while he had them in front of him - he refused."
"I needed to a buy high purity glycerin sample. I bought some glycerin from Online Science Mall listed as "lab grade." It turns out "lab grade" is (a) a term made up by Online Science Mall (a high purity glycerin is properly called "USP grade" or "CP Glycerin" or "High Gravity Glycerin") and (b)Online Science Mall glycerin is a low purity grade with at least 15% water. Online Science Mall's customer service response to this problem was defensive and unhelpful. In addition, they (a) charged high shipping rates (twice the cost of the product and $4 more than what they paid to the USPS) and (b) where slow (3 business days) filling the order before sending it to the USPS. "

I wanted to buy solar eclipse viewing glasses a few days before the 2012 Solar Eclipse and these guys were the only people to have them in stock anywhere in the world. I ordered them and they shipped them the same day priority and I got them the day before the eclipse. Way to Go guys!!! Thanks so much for your great customer service."
"I made an order and got a broken bottle, they refuse to exchange and do not respond to my emails. I live in Sweden so I do really need to rely on the retailer when I place an order. So for Online Science Mall this was the first and last order. "
"The item I purchased was not what I expected so I returned it. I had to jump through several hoops in order to get a refund. When I did get a refund, it was not for the full amount. The customer service representative was unhelpful, rude and unprofessional.
Their website touts their customer satisfaction. I hope the management sees this review so he or she can fix the problem. Otherwise, he or she is going to lose alot of business."
"I found a few items at Online Science Mall I couldn't find anywhere else. The price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay but for hard to find items that's pretty typical. My order was placed and shipped within two days. I'd say that's hard to beat!
One issue I did notice was the site was slow to load at times and occasionally didn't load at all."
"Placed an order for some items to be used as gimmicks for a birthday party. The package arrived within a week, but one item on the invoice was not in the package. An e-mail was sent to their customer service and the next day I had a response apologizing for the error.
We received another package in a few days from the company with the missing items. They had even upgraded the item as well.
I am very satisfied with their response."
