Fantastic Customer Service

"I've made 2 orders and received great service both times. The first time the Suit I ordered didn't fit and honestly it was my fault, I had measured incorrectly, but I called and they provided me a label to return and walked me through how to properly measure and waited on the phone while I did it and resent me my suit right away. 2nd order there was an issue with the bcd manufacturer shipping to them in time as they were moving from the West Coast to the East Coast. They knew I had a dive planned and worked with me to find the BCD I had ordered and expedited the shipping (at no cost to me) to make sure I get it in time.

Great Dive ship who deserves the business.

Wouldn't stand behind the gear the sold us

"The service was good, until the dive travel bag we purchased had a defect (the mesh on the outer pouch torn cleanly on a seam). OnlineScuba.com did everything in their power to avoid the issue, then claimed it was someone "from the airline" that "purposely cut the bag". They and IST (the manufacturer) said this was "normal wear and tear". Well, which is it, purposely (and pointless) sabotage, or normal wear and tear? And why would someone randomly cut the mesh, and then not steal anything? It's clear this was defective materials. IST wouldn't stand behind it, and OnlineScuba.com wouldn't stand behind us as their customer. This was after months of waiting for them to return our emails and inquiries. Their service is garbage, don't use them. "

"I had a great experience. I purchased Sherwood Elite fins. Great price especially if you live in Canada. Shipped in a week to a PO Box in the middle of Saskatchewan. I highly recommend. I saw a lot of negative reviews regarding this website so it was hard to decide if I want to shop there or not. I went ahead with an order & I was not disappointed. "

"I just purchased a mares travel bag and was not sure what kind to get so I called onlinescuba and spoke to an instructor who asked me logical questions that even I did not consider like, will I use the bag for airline travel, or what kind of diving, cold or warm as this would effect size and weight of the bag. So, they hooked me up with the perfect rolling backpack bag fory needs. For that I give them a 5, they really are my dive shop on the web. Thanks onlinescuba!!"

"I purchased a mask and snorkel plus fins for my trip and had a question about how a mask should fit. An Instructor called me and verified that I would need two window style mask to fit my facial features. No one on the internet has ever gone out of their way to help me like that. I will buy from them again."

"I ordered a custom-ground prescription scuba mask from onlinescuba with plenty of time before my Nov 20 trip. They accepted the order, confirmed the ship date, and confirmed again on 11/5 that everything was on track. On 11/15, they claimed that their supplier was shut down for an physical inventory, and that they wouldn't be able to ship in time. I offered an additional week to 11/28, provided they shipped to my dive destination. They promised to call back, but never did. They're untrustworthy and unprofessional in my opinion. Buy from a more reliable source."
