"Bought a Kenko Soft Tennis Ball starter set as in the UK there are very few places to get any soft tennis equipment. I placed the initial order on 25th April (a Saturday so didn't expect any confirmation until 27th)- I selected the cheapest delivery shipping.
On the 27th I got an email saying I needed to have 1st class shipping for the destination to be the UK. I agreed to pay. They sent me a Paypal request for the additional cost which I paid. On the 29th they confirmed the payment had gone through and the fulfillment request had been sent to the warehouse.
At this point I expected to receive another email when it had been shipped (like they said: "We will send you an email as soon as your order ships, or you can check your current status on our website at http://www.onlinesports.com/order_tracking")
This never happened- I sent a chaser message to them on the 7th May to ask if it had been shipped/what the status was because I hadn't heard anything in around a week. On the 9th I received the package. Looking at the invoice that came with it, it was shipped on the 30th April. I just don't get why they didn't send me an email to say it was shipped on that day (they still haven't replied to my chaser message at the time of writing this review)
I can confirm this is a legit company/website but they REALLY need to work on their communication- they don't seem to have any sort of auto-confirmation system in place to say when they've received payments/shipped parcels. It all seems to be actual people manually sending each message (and you don't know when they'll reply- the good thing is they have a live chat although its only active during the work hours you'd expect for California/US East Coast).
I would buy from this company again but only if I couldn't find what I wanted at a competitive price elsewhere- the communication just felt too slow/unreliable which is a shame, because the website itself has a really good layout.
Also to clarify, the contents of my package were in good condition (no damage or anything) and honestly the shipping time was not bad considering it came from the US East Coast. Its just the poor communication that loses them 2 stars."

"I ordered a 14K gold charm from this company in February. A week later I received an email and a phone call indicating that they could not fulfill the order due to supplier licensing issues. Fair enough. They promised to refund my money within five business days. Three weeks later, no refund processed and they have been unresponsive to my four attempts to contact them to resolve. I have turned it over to the PayPal Resolution Team at this point. This is very unprofessional and borderline criminal. Just glad that I paid through PayPal, I can only imagine the hassle with dealing with a refund for a product that I actually received from them."
"DO NOT order anything from this company which could possibly get damaged during shipping. You will not get all your money back if you return the merchandise. I am out over $600.00 all because the delivery driver told me the merchandise was damaged and I should refuse it. This company refused to refund the shipping costs. Really??? "made to order" yet leaving the warehouse. What are they doing? Pouring the silver in the jewelry mold themselves? I don't think so! Don't think customers are stupid! Don't have your "agents" tell a customer that jewelry is made to order, then state it's leaving the warehouse. Do you have some secret jewelry making facility we don't know about?
Seriously...It doesn't take 3 to 5 days to electronically send an order to your warehouse! Especially when payment has already cleared within 24 hours after the order was placed!
First purchase...and LAST purchase with onlinesports.com. Main reason...I DON'T LIKE EXCUSES AND I DON'T LIKE TO BE LIED TO!
At least be honest and say..."Our warehouse is a bit slow. Sorry it is taking a bit longer than anticipated. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped within 3 to 5 days." THAT'S HONESTY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!"
"i bought a 45'gym parachute after its second use it broke (after having paid over 100$ in duty fees) they were nice enough to send me a second parachute although they were supposed to get back to me BEFORE sending it to me so i can get it shipped to a U.S address and avoid paying duty for a second time. they didn't apologize and in fact said too bad for me more or less but offered to reimburse me 50$ ...1/4th of what i paid on just duty. after receiving the second parachute shortly after, (2nd use to be exact) it tore again. both times i was there and saw that the kids were not abusing it in any way. i just contacted them now and will keep you posted on whether or not they reimburse me the full amount that i paid."
