They ignored ny emails requesting order status. They don't even provide a phone # to contact them. I will call my credit card company to refuse payment."
"Ordered 3 toners for my Konica on 8/2. Now 8/17, I still have not received. Sent email for status on 8/14 (no reply). Called the phone on invoice, the voicemail said nothing related to onlinesupplystore.com (but some other promotional company). Can't find their direct contact number anywhere. The past (3 years ago), I never had this bad experience with this company order the same toners.
Will pull the plug with my credit card for them to dispute."
"I received an email 2 weeks after placing my order to let me know that the cartridges I ordered were on back order. That was 7 months ago. I have repeatedly emailed them asking for an update and have received no reply. STAY AWAY unless you enjoy giving away money. :0("
"I bought 3 HP printer cartridges from Online Supply Store. Two of the three were defective: two would not seat properly in my printer and one of the three was not in a sealed plastic wrap. The toner powder was dumped out all over the cartridge and the box. I've made 5 attempts to exchange the two defective cartridges. No one will respond to my requests. Now that I am looking deeper at their site, I found that they do not even have a customer service number to contact. "
"STAY AWAY -- APPEARS TO BE TOTALLY DISHONEST COMPANY. This company is really bad news. They sent unbranded generic toner cartridges in place of the name-brand ones I'd ordered -- and they didn't even send all of those. They then disappeared -- no answer to phone calls or emails, though I continue to get sales emails from them. No answers also to complaints to the Better Business Bureau -- which now gives them an F -- and to my credit card company. I'm out $500, since I won't use mystery toner in an expensive copier. "
"Do not buy from this company! Their phone numbers do not connect or work and they do not return emails. You can not return DEFECTIVE items. They claim they have items in stock when they don't and have no intention of getting them in stock ever but they will take your money and hold onto it while you fight to get the order canceled and or return items. They DO NOT run a reputable business at all. Very unhappy with these kind of online businesses that make it hard for the rest of us to do our job. I have dealings with them at least 3 times. I gave them the benefit of it just being the usual mishaps but after 3 strikes you are out! Please help me to spread the word about this company and it's practices."
"I got a Canon A30 compatible toner cartridge as a back up and I recently unpacked and installed it. It was a total failure, and took the machine to repair place and they said bad cartridge. I emailed and called, (hard to get the number) and have had no response at all. A total waste of $50. I would never use them again. Absolutely no customer service, and you can't trust their product."
"I've used them for years. They used to be terrific but service has really slipped in the past year. Twice now they've billed my credit card and the merchandise never arrived. I've just had to cancel my last order and ask for a refund after waiting 10 days for a couple of cartridges that were supposed to be in stock.

Also, I think their website is also not secured. I have a lot of unauthorized charges on my newlly acquired credit card after shopping with them. "
"Called when nothing was received after two and a half weeks - was asked to leave message. Also faxed copy of order with request for status. Called again the next day left message, faxed again, and sent email to both addresses. Called 3 business days later (order + 3 weeks) and was told that they would check with the warehouse and call me by 1:00. Called back at 3:00 and was told that the order was being shipped for 2 day delivery. I asked for tracking number and was told they would email me the tracking number the next morning. Called 2 days later and was told they had no tracking number and would contact me with it "today". Called back the same day and was told that it would be delivered that day. Called the next day - still no shipment received nor tracking number -- and requested that they cancel the order and refund my money. They refused because they said it had been shipped. When I complained that without a tracking number that they could not confirm any shipment, they hung up on me. I called back immediately and they refused to answer the phone. I have filed a claim with the credit card company. "
"They sell USED toner cartridges with NO mention of the fact that they're used or refurbished - clearly against the law- and don't see any problem with that. With those kind of shady business practices, I wouldn't trust that anything they sell is as represented. They toner cartridge came stuck in a box with no protection of the roller or the gears, the toner plug label has been ripped off, voiding the warranty, and you have NO idea how many times the things been recycled before it gets to you or what quality of toner they've put in it. Not worth risking your printer to save maybe $15. When I asked them to refund my money, they categorically refused. They claimed "we never SAID it was new" as if you should assume every product you buy is used or refurbished unless the merchant says otherwise."
"Terrible! Sent them an email asking for a confirmation of my order 2 days after my order. Called them after waiting for another day and was told that they’ll email me the confirmation right way… 2 days passed and nothing was received. 8 days after the order, I’ve called them asking for the status. They had no idea… I told them to cancel my order but they told me that they have to call their warehouse to see if they have shipped the order and call me back. I gave them my cell phone number. They called my house and left a message: the order had shipped on that same morning(it was 9am when I called) and I should receive them by 9/16. I could deal with that… 9/17 and I don’t see anything… so, I called them back. They said that they’ll have to call the warehouse again and let me know. So, once again I told them to cancel my order and let them know that I will be calling my credit card company. About 1 hour later, their warehouse guy called my home and told my wife that they could send the order. They hung up on me when I called them back to make sure that they don’t try to ship and confronted them on their business practice."
