"One order generated two invoices and it looks as if I was charged shipping twice. Shipments arrived a day apart. One with an invoice on the outside for export purposes and one without. I had to find an email receipt and fax it to freight forwarding company. The extra costs of having two brokerage fees and two two shipping fees offset any savings on the products. "
