"One order generated two invoices and it looks as if I was charged shipping twice. Shipments arrived a day apart. One with an invoice on the outside for export purposes and one without. I had to find an email receipt and fax it to freight forwarding company. The extra costs of having two brokerage fees and two two shipping fees offset any savings on the products. "

A few days later when I called to inquire about the status of my order they said that their stock went to fulfill other orders and I'd be looking at a 10 week lead time. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I cancelled my order and I don't care if they are the last supplier left with my most important component I won't order from them again. There are many bad reviews of this company with similar experiences, don't make my mistake, believe the negativity and go with a more professional and reputable supplier. "

It will really save costs to us if we can use our account and you make the shippings EXW, because we have a rate agreed with UPS.
With payment method, as we've been buying you for many time, and we've been always doing it in advance, we would like to make payments at 60 days from invoice date, or at least at 30 days, as we do with many US suppliers.
