"I ordered the Oppo dvd player from them as they are the only authorized seller in Canada. The service provided was top notch and included answering a query of mine within hours on a Sunday. There was no farting around with any upgrades or any bs like that, and they offer Paypal which provides a measure of protection. My product was shipped promptly and I was given a tracking number for Canada Post within hours of it being sent out. The packaging was a little dicey as I would have preferred extra soft stuff around the box the dvd player was in, though the player was in its original package which was then placed in another box and I have to admit it showed up completely intact with no dents in the box or anything like that.
After reading so many horror stories on this site I was afraid to try online ordering especially from a company not very well known, but my fears were unfounded. I have not had the experience of having a doa item so I cannot comment on any return procedures, but from the experience I had, I will use Best Rated again and will recommend them to my friends until they do something that will make me change my mind, which hopefully won't happen."
