"The guy i originally spoke with on the phone when I ordered was ok, but when I checked in 3 weeks later to see where my stuff was, I got this guy Donald. He is probably the most unpleasant person I've spoken to on the customer service front, EVER! Not sure if he's trying to never get repeat customers, but I'll never order from this miserable man again!! "Live and Learn -- live and learn -- don't make the same mistake that I did!! Do NOT order from this company!! I wished I would've read these reviews BEFORE placing an order! Last December (5 months ago!!) I ordered golf shirts. My credit card was immediately charged and then I received an email saying the shirts were on back order until February. I'm still waiting!! I've called the company repeatedly and, when Donald does answer the phone (which is rarely), he continues to tell me that they are on backorder. I'm through waisting my time and do not expect to EVER receive the shirts. I'll chalk it up to "lesson learned". Never again!! If just one person does not order because of my review it will be money well spent. "
"Terrible! The only word that I can use to describe this company, their customer service, and their website. I ordered a shirt that was pictured online and received a shirt that was completely a different color. I attempted to call the customer service number approximately 15 times and no one answered the phone. Several times while calling someone would pick up the phone at the other end and immediately hang up. When I finally reached customer service, the representitive was rude and close to hostile. They obviously have no intention of offering any customer service. If you are considering using this company I strongly suggest that you not do so."

"This company is a sham. I ordered 2 items of clothing on 18th November 2010 and 2 months later have not received paid for items. Have sent over 20 emails of complaint to their customer care email service, with no reply. Cannot get through to them by phone, just get a message service. I am down $150. Do not do business with this company!"
"I ordered a golf basket on December 20, 2010 to be shipped to one of my associates who I know loves golf. The basket never arrived. I called Only Golf Apparel the first week of January to ask about the basket and they said it was lost in transit, they would resend. I checked with my associate and he had not received it. I called again January 18, 2011 and they said again it was lost in transit and it would be shipped that same day and the rep was supposed to send me a shipping tracking number. I never received the tracking number, my associate never received his gift, and I am out the money. In addition, when you try to call Only Golf Apparel the number states they are too busy and hangs up on you. It took my all day on both days to get through to them. I have never written a review before however I needed to let others know DO NOT order from this company. They are horrible. "

"Worst online buying experience I've ever had. Took over a month to get an order for Titleist hats for a golf team. By the time we got them the season was practically done, plus they delivered the wrong hats. They offered us a discount for the overly long delivery time but then never actually gave the discount. Multiple emails asking for our promised discount have not been returned. This business is run by people who will lie to take your money in return for very slow, crappy service. Buy elsewhere or you'll regret it."
"Like an idiot, I placed an order on August 29, 2010 without first reviewing sites like this one. "Only Golf Apparel" has been HORRIBLE to deal with. I still do not have the golf club head cover I ordered on 8/29/2010 and it is 10/19/2010. How is that for customer service. I called them in September, they said they lost my order (but they already had charged my credit card). They said it was miss-marked and they were out of stock but would have one out to me in a week. I called yesterday and they said it was lost in shipping ! ! ! ! ! We will see if I even get it. The to-be present is way overdue. Don't order from this company if you expect service. He was VERY difficult to get a hold of and came across as not wanting/needing my business. So he will not ever be getting it again. "I should have looked up reviews of this company before I made an order.
I ordered a single sweater on Dec. 2nd, contacted them on the 15th because it hadn't arrived, and today--the 22nd, 20 days after ordering, I got an email that it has finally shipped.
I still don't have it!
When I called on the 15 the guy seemed very disinterested and simply told me it hadn't shipped yet, "Should get out this week." But it didn't.
You should be able to get everything from this retailer from anywhere else. Do it. Even if it costs more, you'll be better off."
"This retailer is terrible and scores a complete ZERO on customer service; they do not get what it means to be in a customer facing industry. My item arrived 13 days after I placed the order (on a thursday). I called first thing Monday to return some of the items and they said it was past the 14 day window. Even though I received the items only three days prior. They will only give store credit and you have to pay return shipping. Clearly, they simply wait to process and mail the orders so that when it arrives, it's already past their return window. They were unsympathetic, rude and short. They could care less I received my package Thurs night, and called first thing Monday (since they're closed on weekends). So, in effect I called within one day of getting the package and they couldn't wait to hang up on me. Unbelievable."
"This store is difficult to contact if you have a problem. They do not repond to email and you have to be lucky to have someone pick up the phone when you call.
Also be aware that they will not refund initial shipping costs or return shipping costs. This is always the case even if they make a shipment error or the merchandise they ship is defective.
Overall, there are far better companies to buy from than this one. "
