"Why they have not been shut down for their criminal activity is totally unclear to me. I placed an order in Oct 2014, credit card was promptly charged, and I haven't heard from them since. Repeated attempts to contact them go unanswered. I reported it to BBB, Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), etc. but nothing gets done so they are still open for business on the web still taking people's money. "
"Ive had a similar problem with this company. I purchased a Komo mill and flaker from them in 2013 and I did receive it, however recently Ive needed a replacement part and I get the same phone messages saying "you have no credit" Ive also sent them emails and have gotten no response. I don't know what has happened to them as a company, but I think there needs to be an investigation into this company. "
"This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with! I would have rated it a zero if it was allowed. I ordered a grain mill on Dec. 27th, 2014 and my card was charged the full amount over $650. I received my order confirmation and nothing else. I attempted to reach them by phone, email and chat to no avail. There was no response to my emails. I called the number on their website and it is a recording that says "you do not have any credit" & hangs up. When I call the number that the Credit Card Company has for them, it goes to a generic wireless voicemail. I have now left several voice messages and several emails with no response from this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!"
