"I ordered a dress from onlyurs.com online on 20/05/2015 and the product was delivered on 28th/29th, May 2015. The product cost rs.1916 ( COD of rs150 indluded) order no. was CNF15057099. The same day I requested for replacement for a different product which fits me since the size I ordered was small for me and the extra large was too big for me however, they denied. They never answered my call in the number provided on website too. The phone would ring but they didnt answer my call. They only communicated with me through whatsapp. I feel cheated by onlyurs website and their supporting stuff. It was clearly written on their website “Any Exchanges or returns must be made within 7(seven) days of receiving your order. We will ship your replacement free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the original credit card/Bank Account depending on your preference. In this case, shipping charges will also be refunded and customers do not require to pay for the shipping costs for return the goods" which I followed. However, they simply told me that I am taking advantage of return policy like others. Moreover the product was substandard too. I was ready to still exchange it for different product however, they kept making so many excuses as they didn't want to refund my money. I am very disappointed with them. They said products were shipped from Korea. However, on the package I received address was given for Satya Nikitan, New Delhi. There was no tag on the dress too. Every dresses or product has tag. however, there was no tag attach to the dress too. They kept making excuses and lied to me instead of getting me a resolution. If they were not willing to refund. why did they ever mentioned in their policy that customers can place return request within 7 days of receiving products. they have made me go through hell."
