"I've placed an order with Onpapersupplies.com on November 6, 2008. They charged me on November 7th. After my patience ran out for the delivery of my order, I contacted them on November 14th to ask about the status of my order. The Rep John Woodward was very rude and told me that the product was on backorder and that my order was canceled due to my impatience. I told him that it was a poor business practice/lack of common courtesy to not keep customers updated on the status of their order. Then John replied, "It is not poor business practices to demand basic human courtesy from your customers." What NERVES! Do not deal with this shady company."
"On October 4, I placed an online order with Onpapersupplies.com in the amount of $91.35 for some bottles of toner. Because they are based out of Maryland I should have gotten the order delivered by October 8. On October 9, I sent an internet mail officially requesting in writing the tracking code of the order that was supposed to have been shipped. I also tried calling Onpapersupplies also on October 9 and they did not even process the order even at all. Onpapersupplies told me the received my earlier internet mail the morning of October 9. They had a huffy attitude and indicated I could cancel the order if I needed to. I indicated that due to their processing error not mine, I had to find an alternate vendor on short notice and that I needed to cancel the order effective immediately so that it would not show up on my credit card for now unneeded merchandise."
