"Are you kidding me!!!! Not only did you not deliver, when I called to get assistance with my problem I was told that you knew you were experiencing many problems with your site. Your support person FRANCIS ext. # 87005 promised to call me back that day or the following day to help me with a solution, she never did. I called the day before I was to use the tickets bought through your site and was placed on hold for 33 minutes by Francis. The call was rerouted back to your main menu and I entered her extension again, she answered but once I told her it was me again and complained she left me on hold for 33 minutes; she hung up on me!! I called back and this time got her voicemail, I tried other extensions and got voicemail as well. I ended up having to pay full price for the place I went for my birthday saturday and still didn't get my money back spent on bogus tickets from your site. I am putting this review on as many review sites like yelp.com that I can find, you people suck!! "
