Service Rep walked me through the site, finding the links and entering the correct S/N. Other than the horrible wait times when calling in the two or three times that I have, OnSale has been helpful. "Gift card was suppose to be delivered within 5-8 business days. I ordered on 9-20-11, it did not arrive until 10-11-11. Attempting to get anyone by phone was almost impossible, when I entered the choice on the phone it would disconnect(4 x's). I finally used the "Sales" option, figured they'd answer that one & it took way too long to be told the gift card was sent. Not a good experience."
