"Same issue as everyone else. The call quality is crap, and they will not offer a refund. They will tell you that a technician will call you back and they do not call back. Call again and they tell you the issue is with your phone and to call your phone provider. I used another phone card from another company and I was able to call oversees and it was a clear call, no connection issues. Save your money and try another company. "
"I called because my pin has no enough minutes without been used. So, when I call I spoke to an agent named Brdy ID 11771436638 June22/21. He claimed that I already use the card which was not true. I tried to explained, then I asked him to speak to a supervisor, he laughed and said we don't have a way to get you a supervisor and hang up the phone. The don't even deserve any star, but you have to give them a star in order to write a review. Please people go out the store and buy your CARD . "
"Bought accidentally wrong type of card with them. Still thought to give a try, impossible to set an account up because it had technical problems. Bought another type of card with them thought I would get refund for the first one. But ...yeah... no they had balled me with call here call there for 2 hours almost. In the end saying it is not refundable as per policy and still have to contact third party with technical problems
