" I guess that I am impatient, but aren't we all when were trying to get a system back up. Overall I guess I am satisfied so far, but what does get me is their customer service... or the lack there of. Check out this email I sent them asking on further tracking information on my recent purchase, and also their response.

"I ordered a hsf and a copper shim. Openlinx sent me a tube of thermal grease, instead of the copper shim I had ordered. So, I sent an email informing them of the mistake and received a timely reply saying they would send the shim and a return label for the thermal grease.
11 days later I still had not received anything, so I sent another email asking where it was. Again, I received a timely reply letting me know it would be sent immediately. A couple of days later I received the package as specified.
I would order from openlinx again, despite the small problem I experienced. It would have been nice to have received an apology for the mistake, but that's a minor detail. The price was right and openlinx eventually delievered."

"Ok so I ordered 1 60mm fan from this site. The site was okay though I had to double check at the manufacturer's website to get the exact specifications for the fan. Funny thing, their fan was shipped in a Priority Mail box turned inside out, so I had a lot of trouble explaining to the Postal Worker to not charge me Priority. Anyway, I sent it back, and they only credit me for the fan, not hte shipping. After a couple emails, they reply to me telling me I made 2 separate orders with 2 didnt invoices nos.! So they are trying to say the didn't make a mistake and I ordered 2 and return 1. I had to scan all of my invoices and highlight all the details to show that its their mistake. Eventually I got the shipping credited. So much trouble. What if this was for something really expensive? What mountains would I have to climb?"

"After deciding to make a complaint to OPENLINX through PriceWatch regarding a defective Apex/Foxconn SuperCase I received OPENLINX sent another SuperCase. I was able to take care of the matter by email and the replacement case was good product - no problems, no defects, no damage. OPENLINX really did take care of the matter efficiently and turned me into a satisfied customer - at least temporarily. However, I was later contacted by UPS to arrange for their pickup of the defective case. It turns out OPENLINX filed a claim with UPS and made UPS buy a case that I believe was defective at the time OPENLINX shipped it out. It seemed evident to me that the kind of internal problems this case had did not occur during shipping.

"Great company! So far I have ordered a couple of cooling fans and a Thermaltake tower from them (seperate orders).
The tower shipped within the next day via UPS Ground and arrived within a week. There was no extra protection other than the tower's retail box, but it still came in mint condition. I was suspicious of their extremely low price on the tower, but everything went very smoothly.
My second order was for some Thermaltake Smart Fans. Once again their prices were very low, and even the 3-Day Select shipping was only $10 for the five fans. The order shipped that same day and it took about a week to arrive (this isn't their fault though, UPS wasn't working New Years Eve or Day).
Only gripe I have is that they e-mail you with your invoice #, which you then have to use to access your tracking information through their website. I'd like it a lot better if they e-mailed me a direct link to the tracking information (like Newegg does). As far as service goes though, this company is great!!!
