"This sand decanter and vases are pretty, but a little overpriced for the quality. The top does not fit well into the decanter and will easily fall out if decanter is tipped just a little. I was very disappointed with this. Also the decanter has a seam in the glass. I expected more for the price that I paid.

"I placed an order for 6 door knobs on July 30th. On August 3rd Opentip sent a cryptic email requesting 'additional information' and to please call. After several failed attempts to reach a person we finally connected with Ben and Bridget on August 10th, at which point we learned that due to a 'glitch' in the system Opentip had lost my billing information. I gave them the lost information and requested expedited shipping at Opentips expense due to the fact that the error delaying the order was on the side. This request was denied, and a date of shipping was unable to be provided. Ben from Opentip at that point said he would contact us the following week to give us updated shipping information. We received no update. We then followed up with Opentip on August 14th, and were told there was a problem with the card. We then provided another card and were told Opentip would finally process the order. The following day, August 15th, Casie from Opentiep emailed me saying they had canceled my order and to please place another-again I would have to pay for shipping. It is now August 15th (17 days after the order was placed) and I have no door knobs and none on the way. I am shocked at the incompetence and customer service of this company. I would not recommend them to future buyers. "
"Ordered two, one pantry is a little tight to open and will need to be tweeked before installation, otherwise, they are good looking and seem solid. I think the price was fair. Wood is nice. I'll be staining front to match kitchen cabinets. I'll stack one on top of the other using reinforcements of course. "
