This postage was for 48 tiny paint brushes that weighed less than a pound from Connecticut to Ohio. Called twice and talked to someone with a heavy Chinese accent who seemed to purposely misunderstand my issue. She told me they only charge what UPS charges them. She checked and said the shipping should only be (ONLY??) $25 and to note on my order to recalculate shipping and they'd only charge $25. That was a lie - the charge went through for $43.45.
In all fairness, even with the ridiculous shipping charge, the per brush price was still less than any other site but why not just say the brushes are a dollar more than advertised and show a decent shipping price? Oh - that's right - they don't refund shipping if you want to return something. Now I get it."
