That's what the picture on their website led me to believe they were and that's what the OpenTip description called them. When I received the candles, they were actually a much lighter spring green and definitely not bright lime green. They did ship fast and had cheap prices, however. But I think their candle colors could be described more accurately for people who are looking for specific shades."

"After shopping around, Opentip clearly had the best price on 1-star GOGO ping pong balls. I was concerned the quality of the ball would be low, but that was not the case. The balls were seamless -- which is important for buyers to know, but hard to determine until you have received the product. For those that don't know, seamless balls are ideal. Beyond that, the quality is excellent. No deformations. The balls are shipped in 144 count plastic packs. The balls release a slight powder that is noticeable on the pack, but hardly noticeable on the ball. They are excellent for printing. Shipping prices are very good. "
