"I ordered a skimmer pump, and 8 days later received an electronic light ballast. Not even close to being the correct product. I called and email and was told that someone would get back to me. I later got an email asking for a picture "for proof". I deal with a lot of vendors and have never been asked for "proof". I almost feel like they are calling me a liar. Now here we are 4 days later and I called again. I was told that they will contact me later. For now I am giving a very poor review, but they can change that around if they do the right thing. Right now I feel as if i've been ripped off and they are giving me the run around.

Opentip was able to send me the proper part with a return label for the wrong product after I sent them a picture of the wrongly issued product, it took a little time tho. At that point it was smooth sailing and I'm glad they were able to do the right thing. I'm editing this review to reflect that. "
