This is one of those resellers that also sells on ebay.
They sent me a soundcard I bought...it was the WRONG thing. Night and day features between the description and what they sent me.
Promised to get it shipped back and do refund. Couldn't get them on phone after that.
They are an e-commerce company...but there was NOT ONE email address on their website that went to a real person, they were all auto-responders (don't reply to this message...).
They lied about what they were selling...MAJOR LIES. Then they wouldn't do the refund and put me off until i couldn't reverse charges.
I am stuck with another piece-of-crap soundcard instead of the one i thought i was buying. I could go on about their lies, but there is no point."

"I ordered $74 worj of standard merchandise, 100 pack CDR, 100 pack DVD, 500 paper sleeves on May 21st. On the 28th after trying to get through for two days, I was told it must have been a slip up, all the merchandise was in stock and they would get it shipped right away. On July 1st I received a message with a UPS tracking number. As of July 8th according to UPS that package has yet to be given to a delivery driver for delivery, but they charged the credit card immediately.
No response from an email sent demanding action as of yet.
I have ordered from them before and have received the mechandise in a ok time frame, but this is getting out of hand.

"I ordered from them and a week later had only been notified that the order was "Processing." I sent them an email asking if it had even shipped yet. They politely responded that it was no longer in stock and that they were sorry they hadn't notified me, order would be cancelled, my card would be refunded, etc."
"I ordered an OEM Encore ENF656-EHW-INPR modem and they sent me a different modem, an Apollo ENF656-GWH-INPR. I would not complain normally because these are comprable modems but the drivers for the Encore are easy to find while the Apollo modem drivers can't be found online. I called Opsinas tech support and after a few minutes of giving me the runaround, they hung up on me. I requested an RMA for a refund, so I will see if they honor it.
I also ordered a retail version AOpen Cobra 5.1 sound card which arrived in a bubble envelope and was wrapped in an anti-static bag with a driver CD. The contents were new and unharmed, but it definitely was not a retail package. This will defintely be my last order from Opsinas."

4/04/2004: I was informed that the network cards were not in stock. They were "on order" and "probably coming in this week." This is the first I've heard from them at all about since the automated mails. They offer a shipping upgrade. I reply right away, thanking them for the update, and suggest that they show on the site whether or not an item is in stock, or at least contact the customer.

4/05/2004: I receive a response stating they will ship it UPS 3 Day Select.

4/07/2004: I receive an automated e-mail saying my order was shipped including a tracking number.

4/12/2004: After waiting almost a week, I check the tracking number to see what's going on. Turns out the package has only been "billed" to UPS; never dropped off or picked up. I send an e-mail asking about it.

4/13/2004: I receive this response: "I'm sorry about that, I will check with our shipping dept and UPS to see what happened with this package, and let you know ASAP. Thank you for being patient with us."

4/19/2004: I never received a response like he promised, but I got the package today. My items were stuffed tightly into the box without ANY padding whatsoever. Two items (the USB 2.0 Card and the thumb screws) were missing. One of the network cable's plastic packaging was torn open for no discernable reason. There was no invoice. The box weas reused. I send an angry e-mail.

4/20/2004: I receive this response: "I'm sorry that you had so much trouble with us. We'll ship the USB card and the screws tomorrow."

4/23/2004: (today) I never received any indication that the missing items were shipped, or any other kind of feedback. I wrote another e-mail. I will be persuing a chargeback with my credit card company.
Summary: good prices, but at what cost? Poor customer service, poor communication, poor shipping time, poor packaging. I will never, ever, order from this merchant again and I will discourage anyone else from doing so as well."
