"DO NOT BUY FROM OPTICSBESTBUY !!!
I ordered a Bushnell Elite 6500 on Thursday June 6th and was told by email that it was in stock and I would receive it the following Monday. The following Wednesday shows up and I still haven't received a shipping email so I try to calm them 3-4 times that day with no answer. I try again on Thursday June 13th and someone by the name of Dave answers and said its out of stock it will ship in two weeks then his phone cuts out. I tried to calling back 30 seconds later and all I get is the voice mail stating " all operators are currently busy at this time". So I send a email stating that I would like to cancel my order. Here it is Monday the 17th , I call 2 or 3 times a hour still no answer and my email hasn't been returned.

"DO NOT ORDER from optics best buy. There service is the worst service I have ever encountered. When you call you will get a voice message system and they will not call you back. I called around 10 times and never received a call back. Took almost 2 weeks to get my order and I only got it that fast is because of one of there sister organizations helped me. I was told my order was shipped when days later I found out it was not. I will never order from them again and you should not either."

"Abolutley, the worst internet purchase ever. I ordered an Eotech XPS 3 on Wed 27 june, and paid to have it 2 day shipped. On thurs I checked my tracking# and it came back invalid. I called Opticsbestbuy And Dave answered "chosen tactical". After inquiring about the invalid # Dave replied my sight would be there that following tue, after explaining that I chose his company because of the 2 day shipping option, and I needed this Eotech before then, and that I paid for the 2 day option, Dave first talked down to me, then yelled at me, and told me " tough it stays how it is" and hung up the phone. I called back 5 of the different 800 numbers they had listed, looking to speak with someone in charge, I was suprised at the way (I was treated after spending 600 dollars with this co. the day before), Dave answered every number dialed. I soon realized this was a disorganized backyard outfit, and that they had me by the short ones. So I sent an email stating no big deal and that I would wait till Tue. Tue 3 July I recieved what appeared to be a refurb broken Eotech that would not power up. I emailed Dave he did not appear suprised, he apologized and told me he was on vacation for the next week and that one of his workers would be in touch with me on 5 July. 5 July 1300, I called Opticsbestbuy ( Chosen Tactical), after not hearing from them, Bryce told me they were sending out a working Eotech that day(5 July), and that they were sending me a return form to send the broken sight back. 6 July printed return label and dropped broken Eotech off at ups, sent Bryce an email informing him I sent the defective sight back, Bryce replied thanking me and reassuring me my new Eotech went out 5 July. 6 July I checked the tracking number on the new sight, once again to no surprise came back invalid. After emailing Bryce and recieving no response I continued to check the tracking number. 7 July, after continuing to check the tracking number given to me it came back valid, and that the package was mailed on 7 July ( 2 days later than Bryce stated. 13 July, finally recieved a working Eotech after much agrivation, verbal abuse, flat out being lied to and 16 days time. Bottom line I, was impatient and shouldnt have ordered from them in the first place. I should have stuck with places I usually order from that are top notch, lesson learned. "

"I ordered a Newcon LRB 25000 Long Range Military Laser Range Finder Binoculars and was 100% satisfied with the entire transaction. From talking to Dave on the phone I knew this was going to be a simple process just because of the fact that he knew his stuff. I was promptly given a confirmation E-mail as soon as I got off the phone, and was given a tracking number the second my item shipped. My item actually arrived two days before the expected date! WILL ORDER AGAIN"

A friend told me about opticsbestbuy.com and I checked them out. My package has already been shipped and I already have my UPS tracking number. I MOUNTED THIS SCOPE ON MY SAIGA 308, INSTALLATION FOR THIS SCOPE WAS EASY AND CAN BE TAKEN OFF TO MOUNT ANY OTHER EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE IN SECONDS. "The actual sequence of misplaced orders, incorrect shipping, "Dave"'s failure to follow up, etc, is boring. But 9 days after ordering over the phone and paying in full for an item I was told was "in stock" I have no merchandise and no shipping information.

Bottom line: this vendor is disorganized, impolite, and dishonest.

Since everything here is easily found at the same price from other vendors but without the grief,
I won't return to OpticsBestBuy.com.

"AVOID OPTICSBESTBUY.COM!
I ordered a pair of Oberwerk binoculars from Opticsbestbuy.com on August 11. My credit card was immediately charged. I was never sent any sort of confirmation that the order was being/had been filled, or that the item wasn’t in stock, or any sort of notice that it had been shipped. Well, OK, I figured; the website says (the “About Us” tab): “we stock the majority of our items at our location in Texas (unlike many other internet companies that do not stock binoculars or rifle scopes…” and “we make sure all products are properly packaged.” The merchandise would be sent UPS Ground delivery, 3-7 business days, at no shipping or handling charge. Fine with me.
When nearly 2 weeks had gone by with no delivery, no notice that the item had shipped (and, obviously, no tracking number), I called Opticsbestbuy to see what was up on August 23. Specifically, I wanted to know when the order had been placed—a pretty simple request. The woman who answered said she knew nothing and couldn’t help me, since the person who could was out of town doing a gun show. (Optics has two “sister companies”—Red Soldier.com and Chosen Tactical.com. The “parent” company for all three is “Philoshopia.inc.”) Based on my order number, she knew what I had ordered without my telling her, but she couldn’t tell me when it had been ordered—curious. She did reveal that they simply place the order with Oberwerk, and Oberwerk does the shipping—so much for “we have binoculars in stock/we make sure stuff is packaged properly.” Now, I understand that a reseller can’t really have everything in stock, but when they don’t, it’s customary, standard procedure to tell the customer that the item needs to be back-ordered; it will take this long; and ask, “Do you still want to proceed?” None of that happened here. At this point I concluded that this outfit simply takes your money, places the order, and then walks away. I asked that this “knowledgeable person” (let’s call him Joe—not his real name) call me.
When I hadn’t been called back well into the next day, August 24, I called again and was told that Joe was “sick,” would I like his voice-mail? I left a message and my number. When I hadn’t been called by noon the next day (the 25th), I called again and Joe answers! He says he completely understands my concern (“you certainly should have received them by now”), and says he’ll call Oberwerk to see what the problem is and will get back to me in an hour. Two and a half hours later, when I have not heard from Joe, I decide I’d better pursue this myself and I call Oberwerk, get voice-mail, and leave a message to call me. I then call Joe back and leave a message for him to CALL ME! A bit later he does, and says that Oberwerk sent my package to North Dakota! Do I want him to figure this mess out or what? We agree to just cancel the order and he’ll credit my card.
When I talk to Oberwerk the next day, they say they never received an order, let alone sent anything to North Dakota, and are not exactly surprised to hear this about Opticsbestbuy. But there’s a happy ending: you can order directly from Oberwerk—which I did—or go to their website which is “bigbinoculars.com.” Naturally, everything is in stock and I should have my binoculars next Wednesday.
Bottom line: there is no need to deal with dishonest, stonewalling middlemen.

"I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service at this site. I ordered a NCStar reflex site from them that showed to be in stock. Several days later, I received an email from them stating it was not in stock. I called the customer service rep, and he told me it had just come back in stock. So, I asked him to continue with the order, and he stated it would ship out immediately. My card was charged, and two days later I received the exact same email that the item was not in stock!!!! Now, curiously, I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or emails in regards to getting my money back. I am starting to think this is either a scam or a backyard operation.

I will never order from this site again.

"I have a bad shopping experience at opticsbestbuy.com
I ordered NIKON Monarch 5-20x44 SF Riflescope with BDC reticle.
But they sent me a different type of riflescope which has Nikoplex reticle(item#8424). The right item number should be 8425. I paid an additional $10 for BDC reticle, and they sent me a regular cross reticle.
They seemed to confuse the item number. I have contacted them and they won't receive a refund nor an exchange. I am very dissapointed with this online store. Please reconsider if you are planning to make a purchase at opticsbestbuy.com

"I purchased a Trijicon rifle scope on the morning of August 1st which was a Friday. I called them to make sure the item was in stock. They answered the phone right away and told me the scope was in stock and would ship the same day. I placed the order and received an order confirmation. I was expecting a shipping confirmation Friday evening but did not get one. I called first thing Monday morning to see if the item had shipped. Again they answered the phone and told me the item had shipped Friday and they provided a tracking number. I received a shipping confirmation on Tuesday morning. The scope arrived today (Wednesday). Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase experience accept for the slow shipping confirmation. I would buy from this company again."
