I called your 800 number and waited over ten minutes and finally left message to call me back. No one ever did. I called back the next day and after a long wait, finally talked to a lady. She emailed me instructions but when I tried to print label it said it was previously printed and was expired. I called back and after another long wait was lucky enough to talk to Benjamin Norris. I told him the story and that I wanted to send the second hat back for a refund but didn’t feel like I should have to pay the freight. He was very helpful and emailed me a shipping label.
