“We understand that it can be frustrating. Customers can get a full refund of the price paid for the product within 30 days of delivery. We just need the product returned to us, and of course if there is a problem with the product we would consider that in processing a refund. I am not sure what product you are talking about but the color of most of our supplements does vary because we use whole fruits and vegetables and they can vary in color and flavor we do not use synthetic ingredients. We usually use a manufacture date instead of an expiration date because there is only just a slight loss of potency after a few years because of our unique processing method. While there might be a unique reaction from an individual, we have not had any consistent customer reports of adverse reactions from any of our supplements.”
