Very often the billing address is the issue. The billing address for the credit card must match the info you input and sometimes it is the credit card itself which is trying to protect you from fraud by being very picky about your online purchases. "I was offered a monthly subscription on one of the products. The other, well, not so. I got tired of looking for the 'right' link. On certain web page changes, I was required to 're-login'. In the past, I have been immediately offered the advantages of a recurring subscription on hemp oil. Not this time. And I know it's available since my husband receives a specially discounted price for hemp when shipped to his home away from home. I disdain phone menus so I sucked it up and paid the higher price without making a voice call. The product is worth it though."
