"Not a good online retailer. I ordered cleaner and Defy semi-transparent online. I did not receive any confirmation email so I emailed customer service and then he forwarded me my order confirmation.

On the 13th day and no product, I emailed them asking when my order was shipped. No reply. The next day I called and they said someone must have misplaced my order because it had not shipped yet. That is two good weekends that I missed on this project."
