"I ordered from Ordertree and I'm told the part is on backorder, then 10 months later I email and I'm told that the part is no longer available! I was told 10 months later and after I had to email them!
This company is not to be trusted!

"Ordered a part over a week ago. Checked their shipping policy before ordering which stated in stock parts ship within 24 hours. Emailed them about this situation and the response was "shipping is 7-14 days during peak season". WTH! What is "peak season".
I asked in a polite fashion when I could expect this order to ship. No response.

"This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. So I placed an order over 11 days ago through their website. I ordered 3 items ranging from 8.00 - 9.99, shipping charge? $9.99, ok whatever pay it and move on since they state it will be here in 3-5 days. 11 days later, still not received, so I call in. The rep, sounded like she just woke up, tells me that she is seeing that one of the items is on back order for 15 BUSINESS DAYS!!! Wow, thats GREAT! So I say, ok, so you cant even send out an email or anything else stating that its backordered or no updates? Her response; I don't work in that group, I only take phone orders... RUDE @$$!!! I told her to cancel the order and she was like ok, no problem like she didn't care. Whew! Good thing they are doing so well, they don't need my business... NEXT!!! "
"Ordered part/wrong part sent. Went through their return process via FedEx. They received wrong part back and it took forever to get my credit card credited. However, they deducted a stocking fee and the shipping charges - even though it was their mistake in the first place. I am fighting them on this - still waiting 30 days later. Also, to get through to anyone at their phone number is time consuming and if you do get through you will wait at least 10 minutes for a human voice. Not a good experience at all and in the future will find another company to deal with."
"Website clearly described the kit I ordered to preform maintenance on my model # of home standby generator.(two spark plugs, two quarts of oil, CANISTER air filter) When I received kit, it was for another generator. (one spark plug - not correct type) one quart oil, CARTRIDGE air cleaner filer. Waiting for response from Customer service. "
"This store has serious problems with their internet site. You will tend to waste a lot of time if you shop there. They do not respond to emails sent to them. Their internet chat only puts you on hold. It appears they don't like dealing with customers"
