"I purchased a groupon on line for a voucher to be used at Organically Grown. I then purchased items off of the website using the voucher. I received an email stating the items were processed (my credit card was charged for the shipping) and the tracking info would be sent in a separate email. I never did get the email or the shipment. I called numerous times about the situation and was told someone would call me back and emailed the site and never heard back. I did finally get a call back and the lady gave me a tracking number of the shipment, however the tracking number was invalid. I called back 3 more times and was told she would call me back and she never did! Worse money I ever spent!!! They are not reliable and their customer service is horrible!!! I purchase many items on line for my baby and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!!! "

"I received two gift certificates for $34 each. My aunt had bought them through Amazon (one of their locals specials). She bought me two because if you spend more than $50, you get free shipping. I tried to put in an order for about $65, and it would not accept the two vouchers in one order, you can only use one voucher per sale. and then shipping is not free. so, for the two $34 vouchers, in order to buy something for $65 to use the vouchers, I would need to pay about $14 in shipping. I emailed customer service to ask if they would honor the two vouchers in one sale and (weeks later) I have received no reply. I have not used the vouchers and I now may not. Really unimpressed with the company."

"I had a Groupon-like deal for this store and used it to buy baby clothing sets. The prices weren't overly bad and the sets were cute, but the shipping rate (over $10 for one outfit to go via Priority Mail in an envelope) was rather steep. Everything got here quickly, though. Basically my main complaint was the shipping charge."
