"I was very happy with my order! It was an order that I have now reordered, double!! I bought 4 of the METAL avalanche hangers. 2 for myself, 2 for my Mother. We had used the white plastic ones, as seen on TV, but they do not hold any weight! We have now used these to put our wool jackets and skirts. It has really organized my closets and gotten them ready for Fall and Winter! No more falling on the floor!
The only problem I had was, it took quite a while to get them here. It took over a week and a half, even with UPS. But they have been worth it."

"I placed two separate orders the same week and had equally terrible experiences with both. It took 4-5 days just to process each of my orders before shipping them out. Tracking information is not updated in the customer account information, the orders still say 'Order Pending'. Both were supposed to ship UPS Ground, but first was sent via USPS and took longer to arrive than the second order.
Spoke to three customer service representatives, two of which were not friendly and not helpful at all.
I will never use organize.com again."

Personally I had a nice experience with this store. Bought laundry hampers, wine rack, nets for toys, everything arrived within one week. Maybe not the best prices, but inventory is huge and you can wave shipping by enrolling to Shoprunner program. No problems with return so far. "
"The trunk I purchased was delivered locked and no key in the delivery box or attached to the trunk. I called customer service and left a voice mail. I emailed customer service. I have had no response.
I took the trunk to a local locksmith who was discovered that the locking mechanism was broken.

Finally after 30 days got a real person to help out who did call me back and said the order had been packed but never shipped and she had no idea why. Could not explain why all my emails and phone calls were ignored prior to this last attempt. Items were billed to my credit card that were never shipped unitl just a day ago which is about 33 days after the fact. Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase with a company that does not respond to customer emails and uses voice mail to handle tracking inquires and never responds. Extremely frustrating, would rather pay more and deal with a quality service company. Although, I don't have my package yet it does now appear to be on its way based on a tracking number. "

"I had a terrible experience with Organize.com and I do not recommend buying from this store. The shipping rates are typically high, and they sent me two items, both of which arrived damaged to the point that I need to return them. Now I get to pay for the return shipping costs in addition to the original shipping. This is a terrible time to be providing poor customer service if you are in the retail industry, and this store should be ashamed of such a terrible policy when they sent damaged products. They even state on their web site that they inspect all items carefully before shipping. Yeah, and I am the President of the United States. Buyers beware!"
