"I came across Organize Everything while searching for some small plastic stackable drawers that no one seemed to have in stock. Not only did they have them, they were reasonably priced and I found additional items I hadn’t seen elsewhere. The web site was very well done (lots of info and pictures) and the purchasing side was easy and straight forward. Delivery was faster than expected. Would shop here again in a heartbeat!"
"I had the worst experience with Organize-Everything.com. At first I liked their website, although I found that prices and shipping costs were generally on the higher side.
I ordered an item from them but when I received it, the item's dimensions were twice smaller than those advertised online.I tried calling the company during their work hours several times but was never able to speak with a live person. I also wrote multiple emails describing the problem but never received a reply. Finally, I got a message saying that if I didn't like the item I could return it!
When I returned the item, they reimbursed me for the item but did not reimburse me my shipping costs - $33.95. This was clearly the company’s fault because they sent me a wrong item, however, they didn’t return me the money or even offer an apology. In fact, they simply ignored my attempts to communicate.
So basically I had to pay for their mistake, not mentioning the time I wasted dealing with them and the fact that I still don’t own the item I want. As a customer, I felt that I was treated very unfairly, which was very frustrating.
