"Ordered what was listed as original OEM Nokia batteries. Six days later, the batteries arrived, loose in a box with no packing material. Unlike the batteries that came with the phones, the batteries from this merchant did not have the Nokia hologram, so I have assume that they are counterfeit. Time will tell how they perform. "
"well... it all started good.. easy to order, processing when well, got a tracking number... ruh roh.. tracking number was invalid.. waited a day, tried again... still invalid.. contact them.. oops, wrong tracking number.. sorry.. try this one.. tried.. no luck.. guess what.. 2 days later shipment arrives.. so, who really needs a tracking number... I guess...
Open the package, all good, read the manual.. plug it in and guess what... no luck.. nothing works.. okay.. go to manufacturers website.. support was weak there so I call into their support group.. an hour later.. we all determine.. defective unit. So... I call up Original Wireless... OMG - is this like totally a garage or basement shop??? no clue whatsoever.. the response... you have to email us the issue..hmm.. well, I've got you on the phone why not deal with it now? No... you must email us... great... email.. send me RMA information... oh.. I have to ship it back to them, they test to make sure its defective and if so.. they'll send me a replacement.. hmmm.. who pays for my shipping costs to return the defective unit? "not our problem"... so.. it will take another 5-7 working days to send it back, they test it and then ship me out another one.. hmm.. ordered unit, payed for priority shipping and if the second unit works, it would take at he minimum 10-12 days for me to get a working unit.. and I paid for priority shipping?
Sorry.. poor customer service. Asked for complete refund including the return shipping and already registered a major complaint with 4 online merchant review companies.. oh yea.. and as a Centurion AMX card holder (which is how the item was purchased).. they run 'em down and rip 'em apart as an online merchant :-)
ahhh.. satisfaction finally.. all for a $27 purchase... absolutely ridiculous but well worth a couple extra hours of effort to make it very visible to the public... all they had to do is send me a new unit while I shipped the other unit back and I would have never said or done anything else... oh well... don't waste your time with these bozo's... totally piece mealed shop!"
"I ordered an extended battery cover. Shipping was free. I receive exactly what I ordered six days later. Great job sending me the correct cover out of hundreds of different covers."
"I was skeptical too, but was glad to see there was a favorable rating for this vendor. I purchased an OEM cell phone battery that retails online for $35 and got it for $17. Great price.
I got an email confirmation shortly after I ordered and an email the next day saying my item was shipped.
I received my battery 6 days later. No hassles. A good experience. "
"I recently ordered 2 Bluetooth Headsets from Original Wireless Accessories. I was a little skeptical since they were not listed on ResellerRatings.com. But the pricing for my item was unreal. I ordered the Motorola HS850. The list price for the item can be anywhere from $50 to $80. Best price I could find online was $35. These guys had it for $19 each. It was a bulk packaged OEM version. The only difference between this and the retail version is the packaging it comes in. You still get the manual, warranty, and charger. It's just wrapped differently. So for the price, I was willing to take a chance on it. They also had the black version of it, which is usually only found in the UK. The gray version is available here in the US. The transaction went great. The headset works like a champ with my RAZR.
In summary, very satisfied with my purchase. Items shipped the same day the order was placed and arrived the next day. This should not be the case for all since I live close to their distribution center located in LA. I would definitely order from them again."
