The only issue I have is the return of a product has been difficult for me because the label can only be printed within (5) days and I didn't so I had to place calls and send e-mails to get a new label. Also, I took the box the shoes came with to the post office, and I was told I couldn't use that box. Also, no one informed me on time when the package arrived and I had to go to the post office to find out the package was there. Too many trips to the post office to resolve this issue. Next time, I will make sure I order the right size and color. "
