"Ordered two pairs of Sole insoles. One pair arrived within one week. Immediately emailed request for second pair. Ortho responded within two days, citing a mistake at warehouse and promising to ship second pair immediately. Three more requests over three weeks. Last request included stating that Ortho would be reviewed poorly if shipment did not arrive within five days. Second pair arrived within five days."
"I placed an order for a size 7 sandal. Receipt said sized 9. Sent an email immediately to correct the size. I just received the order and it is a size 11! I tried to exchange on their website, but the website freezes after the first page so I can't complete the request. As with everyone else, when I called customer service, I was put on hold, then asked to leave my number for a call back. Wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered from them. I will, of course, never order from them again. If I don't receive a refund after returning (at my expense, when they advertise free returns), I will try to deal with my credit card company."

"I ordered 3 pair of sandal arches. Two (2) days after receipt, sent them back by U.S.P.S. with a detailed letter, name, address and phone number asking for a refund to my Amazon store card of $27.40. This was June 24, 2016. In late October, 2016, I learned from Synchrony Bank my Amazon store card had been closed and I owe over $130 for the items and late charges. I have spoken with the CSR Dept and the CSR Manager and learned today they have no record of the returned merchandise and I did not act responsibly for the return. The manager was very rude in her response to me and not only made me feel like a terrible person, she demeaned me as a customer by saying I did not take responsibility. Now I am stuck with a closed credit account and damage to my credit worthiness and score. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding this. If you are thinking of ordering ANYTHING from this company, I strongly urge everyone to stay away from Orthotic Shop. They are not a reputable company and definitely not customer service friendly. "

"I will never do business again with this company. I purchased two pairs of walkers to help with my plantar fascitas and both pairs squeeked. When I called them, they said return the squeeky pair for a refund, which I did. The second pair squeeked also but they said they had a six month warranty. The squeek never went away and I tried returning after five months and they said the did not have a six month warranty and would not issue a refund. A $100 pair of shoes going to charity."
"OrthoticShop appears to have absolutely no customer service. Really. Try calling them during normal business hours and see if you can reach customer service. You will be on hold until eventually you asked to leave a message and "someone will contact you the next business day." I placed an order and realized I forgot to submit the coupon code so immediately tried to cancel the order. I couldn't. I tried online and I called their customer service. Well, I've left messages and no one has called. I've also submitted 2 online tickets for help. I get the automated response that someone will be getting back to me, and that hasn't happened either. Since I had to make 2 separate orders, the original one without the coupon and the one using the coupon, I had 2 orders to send back when the shoes weren't comfortable. I mailed back both orders in the same box. Although I included the return papers for both, only one was refunded. Apparently that was too complex for their fully automated process. Now I've again tried calling and submitting email tickets to no avail, hence my frustration and this review."
