"I bought Colgate Fresh Strips toothpaste in a quantity of 6 from Walmart.com. I clearly clicked a 6 COUNT. Other options were a count of 2 and 3. I received a 1 count and paid $8.33. Upon email contact this seller lied as stated that nowhere does it say the count is 6. Not only did I click a quantity of 6, but I went back to the website and again found the choices of 2, 3, or 6. A count of 1 is not even an option!! BEWARE of this dishonest company. Walmart said they will refund, but it has yet to be completed. I can only hope they really back verbiage on their website. Being it is a holiday, I will recontact them again tomorrow, but upon 1st contact they told me to try the seller first and if they do not work it out, Walmart will back what is advertised on the website. Shipping took 9 days as well. Awful seller."
"I purchased the Citrus Magic Air Freshenet in Fresh Orange through Walmart.com, the can came damaged and unusable. I contacted Walmart several times to return the damaged item and get a replacement, however, OTCRx4U will not respond to phones or emails from Walmart. I will never buy from this seller ever again! Customer Service? It doesn’t exist! Buyer Beware!"

"About 2,5 months ago I ordered several items from Otcrx4u.com. Only half of what I ordered was actually delivered. It was all on the packing list, but not in the parcel.
I sent them 6 (!!) e-mails, but up until today no response.
I live abroad so it is not easy to just pick up the phone and give them a call.
They don't even deserve 1 star...."
"I ordered several products from Otcrx4u which were delivered in satisfactory time. One item was a 16 oz. antiseptic cleanser which arrived with no pump to dispense the product. My biggest complaint is the non-response from Otcrx4u to two e-mails that I sent them requesting the pump. No response of any kind to the e-mails. With non-existant customer service, I will not purchase from this site again."
