Ordered one bumper/case for my Ascend p6.
Received after a few days the tracking code: inexistent. I wrote to customer service: no response.
After two months I received two cases but wrong. Messages to customer's service remained unanswered.

"This is a fraud website...Till date I haven't received my order, several times I emailed them, no response...They also got a fake live chat pop-up on their portal....Before purchasing in any of the websites, please try to reach their customer care first. If you could reach them, they you are only safe to some extent...Try the same formula with OBO store as well...I did not do this hence ended up in loosing my hard-earned money......

"Ordered two screen protectors, received just one. Messages to customer's service remained unanswered, had to file a PayPal dispute to get a refund.
On a side note, they don't allow negative reviews on their site, even though they 'encourage' to review to gain points. I wrote a lukewarm review of Imak Tempered Glass screen protector, which is a fingerprint magnet, contrary to its description. They simply blocked the review and didn't allow it to appear on their site. Utterly disgusting!"

"Not very happy.I am concerned about an ordered i placed. I placed an order approx 2 weeks ago. On the 12 June received an email that my order had been sent and a tracking number. I have checked the tracking number and it doesn't exist. I have emailed them twice about my order and received no response. I placed an order with another international company and received it 4 days later.I was so hoping that obostore were going to be great to deal with as i was looking into establishing a drop shipping site. Looks like i will have to contact paypal. Not very happy. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

"The products arrived on time and the packaging, condition and quality were all great ! It's a great store, however there's room for improvement such as the responding time to customers enquiries and the 'order tracking system'- the number I was given to track down my order doesn't work and when asked about it, they did not respond. However, I did receive my order on time and will definitely purchase items from here again. Those are just a few suggestions for Obostore to improvement on in order to become a better and more competitive store. Keep up with the great work ! "

"First delivery not received. Have been more than a month since our local post office returned item to merchant's counterpart in Singapore. But merchant mentioned item not received for re-delivery. Meaning the item is still stuck in your local division till now??? Is there any effort to chase your division in the first place? This is taking unreasonably long. Totally not acceptable."

"Jesus, the wrost place to buy anything ever. I had ordered a battery for my samsung mobile the 07th of january and It has never arrived ( today is 21 of march ) Also i wrote them 5 e mails to report and complain and they didint even bother to reply.
Basicaly I got ripped off of my 8.99 dollars I had payied for my battery.
Believe, pay more on another website, because you ran the risk to get nothing in retorn of your money, as it had happened to me."

"I am dissappointed with the service, the items I ordered they didn't stock so I asked for a refund. This was 3 weeks ago. I have asked them for a status update via email which seems to be the only way you can contacted them. Other online sites have chat which you can get instant response. Anyway after 2 emails and 5 days later I still haven't heard anything yet. Give it another 2 days and I will be forced to raise a paypal dispute. Would not recommend using this online site. After writing on this site I did get my refund, so they are legit just very slow in response."
"Everything is fine with OBO. Best prices for accessories, helpful staff. Those who order gifts for couple of dollars from China during x-mas and NY season and expect it to arrive in couple of weeks or a month just do not know anything and it's their fault, not of the store.
My order was late as well this time and the store proposed to refund but i finally got it!
