"Horrible. They did not ship my order for 10 days, promised to reply with an order update on the status of my order. Did not reply and refused to answer anything regarding the status of my order when I called them again. After I requested a supervisor they then replied it would be at least 2 weeks before they would receive my product then they would have to ship it to me.

"I ordered small clip-on lights for camping. They sent me hand-held flashlights. I returned them. They again sent me the same hand-held flashlights. I returned them and asked for a refund.

They emailed me saying they refunded my credit card which they never did. Then they said that there was a problem crediting my credit card so they sent me a check.

I never received the check. I contacted them 3 times about it, and they kept saying their records showed they sent a check. I'm in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company.

"I ordered duffle bags, 15 days before I was leaving the country, they said they would arrive within 5-7 days from the date of my purchase. After 8 days, I called the company to find out where my luggage was and informed them that if they didn't let me know soon I would not be able to order from another website because it would be too close to my date of departure. The only lady who could help me was on lunch and they told me they would call me back. No one called me back, I had to call them back, and even after that no one was responsive, they said they put a request in to find out what was going on in the warehouse. I still never heard from them. Two days later, I called them again, at this point, it was too late to order from another website, and I still had no heard from them. They then informed me, only because I had called them, that my order was on back order. I told them that it was too late, they needed to help me, and perhaps give me over night shipping for a different duffle that they did have in stock, they said they needed to have the manager, Ariana, help me with this, and she was out of the office. I waited for her to call me back, she never did. I once again called the company back, at this point, they told me they refunded me without my permission, and there was nothing else they could do, she didn't even apologize. Now 4 days before I leave the country for a year I don't have any luggage, and need to pay double for the same bags locally, when if they would have informed me right away that it was on back order, I could have ordered from a different company. I do not recommend you ever use this company. "

"Ordered a Camping Hot Water Pot from Outdoorpros.com and expected it to be delivered within 7-8 days as specified by the shipping that I paid 18 dollars for. The pot itself was 31 dollars, so paying this much for ground shipping was ridiculous.

2 weeks later, the item was still "processing", and had yet to be shipped. After speaking to customer service, it turns out that the item was never in stock, but the website advertised it otherwise. Needless to say, I've cancelled my order and will be proceeding with a business that practices a stronger business model.

"Outdoorpros is a scam. They advertise the wrong pictures to describe visually the items you are purchasing then when they tell you after buying the wrong item "no problem just send it back and we will exchange it" then they make you pay a restocking fee and refund their shipping for their poor misleading advertisements. I purchased a $54 item and they refunded me $34 and then offered to exchange the item after the fact. So I lose $20 then have to pay and extra $20 to get the correct item. You can find everything Outdoorpros.co has for sale elsewhere and on ebay and I would suggest you do not deal with these losers.

"A quick google search for the Kershaw Blur turned up OutdoorPros.com - The company had the best price so I figured i'd give them a shot. The order process went smooth - a week went by and not a peep from them so I logged in to check my order.

1. They didn't have the product in stock - despite their site saying they did (apparently they don't believe in inventory).
2. They didn't notify me of any delays
3. They charged my card despite not having the product or shipping it (This is actually illegal)
4. When I asked them about my order they told me they didn't expect to have it for up to two months.

Stay away. The low prices are NOT worth the hassle.

"Originally ordered a 30" Std Contour Remington Wingmaster barrel from them on 14 Jan 2012. Three days later, they cancelled the order and informed me the item was mistakenly listed as available. I looked on the site and they had a Light contour barrel for about $45 more. I asked if they would be willing to substitute the barrel. Not only did they give me the higher priced barrel, but they did not charge me extra. Great customer service!"

"Ordered two items - a set of knee pads and elbow pads. On the Web site both pads were in stock. Received the elbow pads on 08/13/2010 but no knee pads. Current status was back order. Received my knee pads two weeks later on 08/24/2010. Big deal right? No it was a big deal because I needed them by 08/21/2010. The company's Left hand doesn't coordinate with the right hands somehow - warehouse stock doesn't match with what is posted on Web site. I suggest calling the company first before purchasing online. "

"Horrible company, dont order anything from these guys. It's impossible to contact them at their customer service number, it will go straight to the voice mail after a long wait and they will never return your call. I emailed them to cancel my order way before it shipped and they still shipped and charged my card. Don't order from these crooks. Also the item I ordered was $11 the shipping was $12."
