"Inflexible return/exchange policy, slow response to RMA request, and as a result I will not shop there again. We purchased 2 Volume Controls (OSD brand) and other items Aug. 2010, but due to construction delays beyond our control, not needed until Mar. 2011. After installing (1) V.C. and it did not function to our expectations, we requested to return both for credit, and also we wanted to exchange for non-transformer type with slide control, not knob. OSD would not grant return under any circumstances, corresponded for over 2 wks. by email, several times 3~4 days elapsed before an email was answered (deferred to "supervisor" to make this decision). Finally they issued an RMA #, implying they would send replacements at a minimum, or consider crediting our payment method. Sadly, though, about a week after returning the items freight prepaid, we received the same merchandise back, in the same shipping carton, with no explanation or packing slip indicating the disposition of the RMA. This company, when given the chance to exhibit excellent customer service and foster a return customer, did the opposite. Can't understand all the 5-Star ratings of this Company, am I the only one with a poor experience recently?"
