"This outfit appears to be a scam. There are several web sites sharing the address; I actually placed my order with "The Night Vision Optics" but it was processed by Outdoors Bay. They don't answer their phone, it goes straight to voice mail, and they never call back. Their address, according to Google Streetview, is a pub in New Jersey. They charged my credit card for a processing fee, for a product they did not have and could not get. I will of course dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never do any business with any of their websites, ever again. Buyer Beware!
