"After my order of one item at a very good price, I received the item with very fast shipping. But, I received the wrong color of the item. I contacted customer service to see if they had the correct color. They did not have it in stock, but offered another color or a refund. I chose the other color they offered. The cost of return shipping, and re-shipping the new item were covered by OutlandUSA. They said the replacement item would be shipped as soon as the tracking number had shown I had shipped the returned item. That actually didn't happen, which resulted in a slight delay, but they still met the time constraint I had. And I got the item for the lowest cost I've seen advertised. I would not hesitate to buy from OutlandUSA again."

“We did try to refund the customer. However, the refund sat for over 30 days without them claiming it. After that time, too much time had elapsed for us to refund them. We tried working with them, but if they don't accept a refund, what can we do?”
