Great Service

"I've had a couple preamps from Outlaw Audio in addition to a Model 770 power amplifier. The power amp I still use in my system, but have upgraded the preamp a couple times since then. I've had to deal with Outlaw Audio customer support with hum coming from the Model 770. They helped me troubleshoot over the phone and come to find out, I had some low level DC voltage on my line. They explained why this occurs, asked if I needed help making a measurement with my DMM, and recommended a filter and now the amp is dead silent again.

You really don't get this kind of knowledgeable, US based customer support anywhere anymore. What a breath of fresh air.

"The menu and setup would not display on my television monitor. On contacting the company, I was told to hook up a computer monitor to do the setting up – unsatisfactory and not a viable solution for me. I decided to take Outlaw Audio up on their full (and free) return policy. When I phoned customer service to organize the return, I was told that returns from where I live in Canada weren’t fully covered, and that I would have to pay a portion of the return shipping myself."

"Great products, great service! Ordered a B-stock M8 subwoofer. Came with free shipping. Received an email order confirmation.

The next day, received an email due to a problem with the payment method. Cleared up quickly with a phone call.

Before the item arrived, I had a question about wiring it up to my sound system and called. I realized that my call was a minute or two after technical support closed. I was pleasantly surprised when a technician picked up. He answered my question quickly and completely after looking it up.

Item arrived well packaged. Looks new. Sounds great. Would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Outlaw!
