"For 2 sets of willow tree figurines for gifts to different people and they got 2 pairs of socks, I try to contact them and they just say they will send the items and the sock were becuase I was one of the lucky costumers.. Yeah for sure luck costumers. Get 4 socks for 80 dls... I found the adds of "their product" on facebook adds, so I was so careful trying no to buy stuff from China. But it never got advertised where this was coming from until I recive a supposedly tracking number with the chainse letters.. Good grief "

"This company is a SCAM in China. They sent me socks instead of my figurines that I spent $40 on. When questioning it they said it was a free gift and my order has been shipped by sea. I work in shipping customs in UK so have asked questions about the shipment that they are unable to answer.
If the goods have been shipped these questions would be easy to answer.
They are lying and trying to stall the answers to the questions I am asking!!! DO NOY BUY FROM THEM"

"I received two pair of socks in the mail the other day and wondered why. Now I know after reading other reviews. This place is one big fat scam! I ordered two willow tree figurines for gifts....and instead got two ugly pair of socks. $41 down the drain and plans failed cuz of liars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I could not get the tracking number to ever come up on the computer, which is all part of the scam, so I emailed them back and asked them to send me tracking information only to find out I didn't get what I ordered. They said to call my post office or ask neighbors if they signed for the package. I called the post office and guess what, the tracking number kicked back as invalid. So disappointed. Guess I should have paid full price at Cracker Barrell. My own fault for trying to save money and trusting people to be honest in business. This is not a business it's a full blown scam!"
"Ordered a Willow figurine for my son's 20th anniversary & received two pair of socks instead. I didn't realize where they came from til I saw the China return label. I just read it happened to another person too. I contacted them by email wondering where my order was & they said it was delivered to mY mailbox 2/22 & I said I never received it, then they replied again that it was at my post office. So I ck my post office & she informed me that it is a fake tracking # & two other people went in for the same reason. So this company is a fake company scamming me people out of money with a fake tracking service. It happened once before at Xmas, but I didn't even get socks!!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, SO BEWARE!!!!"

"I bought from them without looking into them first, so my bad. The product they sent was broken, I believe they probably buy broken machines at bulk, and sell them to us unsuspecting customers. Customer service was non existent and now I'm out a good bit of money. My best friend also bought from them the same day and is going through the exact same thing. This is ridiculous that these people are legally allowed to rip the public off and not receive any justice for their crimes, because that's what it is, theft by deception.."

"Please save your time and money DO NOT order anything from these scammers. They have the absolute the worst customer service and do not pick up their phones or response to emails. I unfortunately had to deal with them and I was treated like a scapegoat after receiving a defective item from them and returning it with no refund being processed. I was essentially left in the dark for months for a very expensive product from them. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND AVOID AT COST. "
