"When I bid on the item, I didn't question the mismatch of the two batteries shown in the one of the pictures and just assumed it was an advertising error. But when I received the package, one of the batteries was indeed not the right one. I emailed the seller, who immediately shipped another battery to me. "I was a tad skeptical when ordering with this company, both due to the spelling of "deals" with a "z", and to the sketchy reviews on the parent company, ConsumerDepot. However, they had the best deal on the internet for the electronic device I wanted (A 30GB Black Zune), and let me offer my own price.

They quickly accepted the price I offered, and I bought it. The device was purchased on Friday, shipped out, and arrived on Monday. Shipping was very fast, and the device was packaged well. Shipping charges seemed a little bit high, but "haggling" helped bring the pain of the shipping costs down a bit.

"I'll not buy anything from Overstockdealz.com. I bought dvd recorder to install on my wife's computer. It came with the box looking like a return. When we opened the box, there was no manual and no software. When we have the recorder installed it did not work. When we told the store they had sold us incomplete and defunct gear, they sent instructions to get an RMA which said to click a link for a list of orders qualifying for an RMA. The list was empty. Their email to us was emphatic that NOTHING could be returned without an RMA. Which means we got junk with no option even for the credit which is the only thing they offer. I didn't really want a credit given the unsatisfactory nature of this purchase. But in the end, not even a credit was available. The dvd cost more than $40, and that's $40 down the drain. I caution all consumers to be VERY wary of this store."
