"They used to be great - now they're rubbish. System wasn't even tested.
Ordered a high end system from them. A week after the order was placed I received an email telling me the motherboard I ordered was no longer in stock. Yet, it was marked instock for days on their website after the order was placed. After I contacted them I was informed that dozens of people had the same issue... and that they're unable to manage their own stock inventory.
They replaced the motherboard with another - an Gigabyte Aorus Master.. and I thought all would be good and continued with the order.
However, when I received the system - turns out the AIO CPU cooler isn't "compatible" with the motherboard and there's no automatic fan control available unless you have an ASUS motherboard. Both the radiator and pump fan are set to maximum speed with no way to control via software at all.
It's obvious the PC wasn't even tested before it was sent out, the thing is as loud as a jet engine.
The standard system fans are also not able to be controlled by the bios - and are stuck on a high RPM setting.
Needless to say I got onto support, sent it back for a refund and I will take all future business elsewhere to companies who actually know what they're doing.
Seriously - looking for a high end system then get it built elsewhere - Overclockers.co.uk don't know what they're doing anymore.
Now I have to wait weeks for a refund - because they're just as incompetent at doing that as building systems."

They also have a store which I've been to a few times and I was like a kid in a sweet shop! tech everywhere! "I bought some Vr controllers, Overclockers refused to refund after a botched delivery. They have to launch a full investigation before they can refund the cost. I'm now out of pocket, with no sign of a refund. Hopeless. Use Amazon, they have better customer service."
"Dishonest, incompetent customer service. If you like being passed around by different customer service team buy from these guys! their webnote(email service) is trash tier. Every time you reply it's a different guy dealing with the RMA.
I rma'd a gpu, It was then sent to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. When I asked for update they said manufacturer has received the gpu. 3-4 weeks down the line I have not heard updates and overclockers customer service would not contact the manufacturer for an update even when I asked them politely. I decided to contact the manufacturer my self giving the serial number of my gpu and rma number and I was amazed to find out that they (the manufacturer) has not received my gpu yet. I asked oc to co-operate with the manufacturer yet again and even asked for tracking number to be given to me or the manufactuer just to prove that the gpu has been receive but they have declined to give any information or were willing to contact or co-operate with the manufacturer. I had to forward my overclockers email to the manufacturer just for them to try sort out the problem.
TLDR: The gpu is no where to be seen. oc never co-operated with manufacture. Manufacturer has no idea where the gpu is.
I have had to call oc and speak to the manager to get a replacement. Due to this terrible customer service I will not buy from them again.
The rma could have taken 2-4 weeks but instead taken 5-6+ weeks because of useless customer service. "
"Really disapointted with the customer service I received or the lack off.
Emailed me saying theres been a problem with processing the order, no indications of what the problem is and how to solve it.
I phoned them to ensure there won't be any more delays and was told everything is fine and it will be re-schduled to be delivered.
Guess what... nope so I have to call them again and was told there's a problem with processing the order with no alternative resolutions.
If I didn't call them they would have just taken my payment with no updates to my order.
Put your money where your mouth is and stop spending money with this store.

Decided to give them a try again and let down by their complete lack of customer support. Contacted them and they simply do not care. Will be going else where to make gaming rigs from now on.
