"This is my 2nd ime ordering here, i should have learned from the first experience. First time it was a z4 kit, so i figured they needed time to make the kit. Now this time i ordered frost fighter gel which is a simple on shelf item. Its been 3 weeks and my CC was charged, it still hasnt shipped. I wish they would close down."

"I think these guys must be having serious problems. All of their phone lines have been disconnected, and their 800 # now goes to some company that has no affiliation. I tried submitting an order anyhow (I need a legacy part for a kit that only they offer), and received a confirmation e-mail that says "we are out of the office from December 24-26" and then another e-mail that stated "Undeliverable - the recipient's e-mail box is full." I have no idea if my order went through, and I have no way of contacting the company. Sigh."

This place has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service in the history of commerce. They're so bad it's borderline criminal. They repeatedly ignore any and all emails sent to them, and have like 5 phone numbers, NONE of which work. I've waited for 1 week for the status of my order (a measly neon paint kit) to change from "pending" to shipped. I'm shocked at the people on here that say they would order from them again. Any and all watercooling products, etc. can be ordered from someone else that is reputable and actually cares about their customers. Unquestionably the worst online reseller I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I will NEVER order from them again, and I hope no one else will either."

The big problem is the waterblock leaks and destroyed my Motherboard. I contacted them to get a replacement, but they are ignoring me. I have sent numerous emails wanting to know their policy. I guess they dont care."

"Seems like Scott and the boyz at Overclockers have steadily gone downhill... Heck, their order status hasn't worked since Nov. '02. The last shipment I received was ripe with problems. They held it up, without telling me, because they were out of a temperature probe. When I finally contacted them, they agreed to send me everything but the probe. Then I waited with no contact from them... Finally I contacted Scott and he seemed like he didn't even know if the probe had shipped or not, even saying "Well, I'll ship another and if you get two, well..." I was sorely disappointed and will not shop there again, unless absolutely necessary. I finally got my probe, without them even sending me any tracking notice; it simply showed up one day about a week after our conversation.. Not good..."

"I ordered a WC'ing kit from ocho the other day and received an email saying the order that i placed failed. This didn't have anything to do with ocho, but at the time I didn't know that. I got one of the employees on ICQ and he was happy to get the manager on ICQ for me, they were very friendly, helpfull and fast, i asked about my order, it was billed and shipped within 12 hours of ordering it, and will arrive at my house tommorow! I highly recommend OCHO.

Today I found out that they shipped my kit via UPS when i paid for Fedex which was 15 dollars more. I ICQ-ed The main guy and he didnt respond, and put an away message on. I thought i was getting prime service but i guess i was wrong."

"The best product i have bought for overclocking begginers.....clocked my 1 ghz duron to 1.2ghz and still running at 90 degrees f....old case with fans at 1ghz ran at 110 degrees f. the slpr2000 keeps things cool.....cant wait for the new motherboard and chip to come....the system was simple and came with excellent documentation... i don't think i could have made a better choice.. i will be buying more products in the near future ..... like the gpu cooler and the board cooler for one i am a tool maker and the craftsmanship is excellent i checked the peice fo flatness on a cmm machine and it just doesn,t get any better than this product... the system also came with plenty of extras (fans for the case) mounting hardware etc... if you want a good cooling system and you value your cpu you will buy from overclockershideout also."
