"They contacted me to say my design was too big for the template, sat on the order for a week, then decided there was nothing wrong with it and went ahead and processed it. When I asked for overnight shipping at their expense to make up for the delay I received no response. The cards arrived one week later than originally promised and to rub salt in the wound I was two envelopes short.
