" Designed business cards on their site and ordered them. The cards looked great on the site but, actual cards came with very dark background and print was almost impossible to read. Tried contacting them and no reply. They also seem to nickle and dime you all through their ordering process. would not use them again. $75.00 wasted."

I attempted multiple times to put through my order and had numerous glitches ie. incorrect amount in the shopping cart until refreshed the third time, chose an expedited shipping date and upon checkout that date changed to a day later, so that increased the shipping charges further. Lastly, I received a notice that the spot varnish did not align correctly and spent a frustrating amount of time reloading files over and over and the back of the card would just disappear. Again, another call and wait to the company which stated that they were aware that was a glitch. However, that put my shipping date a day later, so if I wanted a day after(!) the initial delivery date I had chosen it would be the maximum shipping charges. Despite the glitches the company would not expedite without further charges. Expensive. I sincerely hope the quality and color is correct or this may be the first and last order I place through them through the company."
"I really appreciate Overnights customer service!! It turns out this order had a shipping issue (lost in transport) and the project will need to be printed again. When I contacted the live help, the problem was resolved instantly and they are fixing the issue and I will have the order early next week. All-in-all it took no more than 10 minutes to resolve the situation. Everything I order from Overnight has been stellar. I would recommend them to everyone."
"The ordering process is super easy and my products were shipped quickly. Best quality postcards I've ever ordered (and I've tried a few companies in the past). I've definitely found the only company I will be using from now on with Overnight Prints.
I do wish the backside could be "uncoated" as an option though. I got the matte finish for the backside and it works fine for ball point but every other type of pen smeared. "
"The cards are of quality, but the printing was embarrassing. Had requested for a reprint since my cards were printed CROOKED but the lady blamed it on their cutting and said "Our cuts can shift up from 1/16th to 1/8th of an inch in any direction... the cut is within our tolerance." Had to explain to the many people I handed out my business cards to that they should not order from Overnight Prints. Embarrassing and never again."

"The color of our printed calendars was completely wrong. It had to be reprinted because it just did not go along our branding standards. My dissatisfaction was surrounding the more than 3 people working on my complaint. I had to "tell my story" more than once and it was very cumbersome.
Though a reprint was granted and we sincerely hope the color is corrected because we have used Overnight Prints for numerous jobs and have never had a problem before."
