"Prices are great. Quality is great. Only issue is that we run into mistakes made that result in a need for reprint. IE: letters cut off on labels when they were very much in the guide lines during the proof process.

"I expected some compensation for receiving a defective product. (Business cards were trimmed incorrectly) Instead, I am having to pay to return the product and wait another three weeks to receive a replacement. No expedited shipping was even offered."
"My order took 3 weeks from being submitted to the time I received it. After waiting patiently my business card artwork was not centered due to an obvious shift in the printer which is an easy fix on the companies end. I'd also mention that they printed dark, which will lead me to assume the printer is not calibrated properly. All in all they look fine, not bad nor good. Cost wise I would say a customer can't expect higher quality or a faster turn around. Mediocre material for a cheap price. "

"Overnight prints has managed to get our order wrong every time. The alignment on the cards is off to where some of our logo is off, We have received some other companies cards mixed in with ours, we received the wrong amount of cards (less than we ordered) and when we reorder extra cards they still get the wrong amount. We've only order 2-3 times from overprints.com but I can say that we will never be ordering from them again!!!"
"The customer service info is poor, they transfer to a "higher department" and you could stay on hold for... well I´m writing this review while on hold, and this is the 4th time I contact them about my order. It was supposed to be delivered on Nov8th and now they say it will be delivered on Nov. 19. "
"My order did not ship properly at first..only a partial order was shipped. I had to take pictures to prove that I did not receive what I ordered. Seems like this was a quality control issue that should have been double checked before the order was sent.
The customer service dept did work quickly to resolve it, however and I received the remaining qty of my order in a separate shipment. "

"When the date of expected delivery passed and no shipment was received, I began to look into my order status only to find that the job had not been printed due to possible print outside of the safe margin. I am certain I elected to decline file review and checked the box that affirms I acknowledge trim zone. I received no correspondence from Overnight Prints regarding the issue. "
"I paid extra for 2 day shipping. 3 days later, still no business cards. They arrived almost a week later, and arrived after I attended the conference for which I'd ordered them. Also was treated rudely by customer service and transferred to a manager, who never picked up and I was on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally hung up. When I called back, they had closed. Not Happy!"
