"I took over ordering for this account after departure of another employee. We no longer had the information pertaining to this account, except for the company name. The customer service rep answering the phone was very helpful in getting us access to our previous orders and files that were already uploaded. GREAT SERVICE!"

"I had a problem getting my image fully to the bleed area, even after I used their dimensions. I finally wrote them and they were most helpful in getting my image to the appropriate area. 5 starts for customer service, 3 stars for ease of operation. Mind you I am a novice at all this!"

"We had an extremely disappointing experience with Overnight Prints overall, but the customer service we received after a problem with our order was especially poor.
We ordered and payed for 1000 postcards, 80 of which were to be shipped through a mailing service, the rest we wanted to ship to us. We received a call a week or two later to confirm our shipping address. After several weeks had gone we still had not received the postcards so I called customer service. I was put on hold several times but in the end I was told our order had been lost in transit, but they would reprint them and ship them to me ASAP. They said I should receive a confirmation email in the next 30 minutes. When I did not receive said email by the next morning I called Customer Service again. After being on hold for over an hour I was finally able to talk to someone, who told me that the remaining 920 postcards had been thrown out because we had not clicked "Ship the rest to me". We did click this, and even received a phone call to confirm this. We asked if they could reprint the postcards they threw out and overnight them free of charge. The person said it was our fault and there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak with their superior and were told again that it was our fault but they would give us a small store credit which was not even close to the amount we had paid for the thrown out postcards. We asked to speak to that man's superior but he said she was out and would have to get back to us. She never got back to us and we have not received any credit or any postcards.
WHY would we order 1000 postcards if we only wanted 80 of them? Why would no one contact us when they had 920 postcards lying around to ask if there was some mistake? We would have gladly paid the shipping to have them sent to us if that was the case.

"Everytime overnight prints exceeds my expectations but this time, even though I liked the bcards I ordered, most of them have a black line at the edge or on both edges, which I think it must be a cutting mistake or problem... but overall they where ok

*** next time I order will for sure call customer service and mention this before placing the order again!

"We've ordered twice now and so far the quality has been great with Overnight Prints. Quality matters, especially when it can turn out to be cheaper as well! Had experience with another place with the colors not turning out as submitted... Not so with overnight prints. ..We recommend!"

"I finally received the business cards today. They are all defective with a blotch over some of the text. The grey color is also much darker then my original order. The rounded corners are sloppy. I have a an international conference to speak at on Nov 14 and now I won't have bisiness cards to distribute unless I go to another company. I have been on the phone for 35min wait with Overnightprints with no answer. "

"I am a reseller of their products and the print quality is of lower quality at times that disappoints (some darker image areas tend to be too dark compared to the original image. Also, low resolution is a problem at times (one can see individual dots which gives the impression of lower print quality compared to their competition). I hope they view these comments as being constructive, because they largely have a nice website on which to do business and I believe they have the capability to consistently produce a high quality product."

Customer service is a phone call away, if needed for uploading files or what ever.
