"On our most recent order, we were up against a deadline for printing out and shipping to a tradeshow. We selected a shipping option that would allow the finished product to get there in time for the show, however, due to "production issues" our order was delayed by a day. We were without product brochures on the opening night of our tradeshow. We previously experienced "production issues" that delayed our printing by six days, again pushing us up right against a deadline for a tradeshow. That time everything worked out well in the end, but this time it did not work out. They have no system to give you a heads up when these delays hit; they told me to log in often and watch the status of the order. But even then, what are they going to do if I notice my order is getting delayed?

The refund for our trouble was $15.31... nice. We've done nine orders with them and the product looks fantastic, but 2/9 orders have had production delays. Get your stuff in early."

The magnets were fine. 10/17 I called and spoke to Alyssa who assured me the cards would be reprinted and overnighted to me. Around 11:00 am the next day (10/18) I received an e-mail stating my order did not go out and did I still want my order. I called to find out why you didn't call me the previous day to let me know I wouldn't receive my cards since we are completely out. This is not the first time that I've ordered something from your company only to receive something that you needed to reprint for me. We have ordered quite a bit from you in the past, but if you don't have a quality check, we cannot keep waiting to have things redone and will have to look elsewhere."
